My usual advice for music and art (as a musician myself) is to stop staring at the screen, and start making stuff. Doesn't matter what, just write or draw anything come to your mind. It triggers your sense of creativity, even if your instinct is currently dormant. Do not be afraid of creating stuff only because you feel it gonna be bad. You're damn sure it will be. But you will get better, and you learn how to on every try.
If that doesn't work, take a walk, listen to music, watch movie, do things you love. Your ideas will flow back to you naturally. Most importantly, stop stressing yourself out.
